Dr. Deconti is an educator fascinated by new ideas. He seeks to understand the demands of each individual to be able to infect them with the same enthusiasm for knowledge and innovation that he holds himself. As an Instructional Designer and Corporate Educator, his goal is to deliver rich and engaging learning experiences for corporate training, both in remote and in-person contexts. My mission is to foster transformation. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Applied Linguistics, and his research concerns planning and assessment of new learning technologies in different contexts.
